Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX purchased a sofa recliner on line from XXXX XXXX XXXX using my credit card with XXXX XXXX. The terms of the purchase were misleading. The website was not clear on payment terms if you were making the purchase using a XXXX card or using another method of payment. The end result is that I am being assessed a {$280.00} monthly payment instead of {$50.00}. I spoke to representatives at XXXX XXXX and XXXX and could not receive any assistance. I can not afford such a high monthly payment and would not had fall victim to XXXX deceptive advertising.
