Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Account status incorrect. The reason for my complaint is I had an open credit account with a store named XXXX XXXX via XXXX XXXX that account was always in good standing and as of XXXX XXXX 2017 my credit score with equifax was XXXX and it was over XXXX with XXXX. What happened was that XXXX closed my account due to XXXX going out of business not because I did anything wrong with my credit line. Subsequently what happened was my numbers dropped 48 points for something that was out of my control. It hurt me because I am currently attempting to acquire a home. I have sent those agencies emails in regards but I have not heard anything back from anyone to fix my numbers to where they were.
