Reporting company used your report improperly. In XXXX of XXXX i went to apply for a mortgage and i discovered that i was a victim of Identity theft. I immediately filed a police report and fraud affidavit and sent copies to all 3 credit bureaus. All the accounts were removed from my credit reports. A few months ago i checked my XXXX report and found out that Bank of America had put the account back on only my XXXX credit report. It is not back on XXXX or XXXX I never received any letters from them or XXXX letting me know that the account was going to be re-inserted on my credit or the reason why it was added. ( violation of the FCRA ). I have sent 2 dispute letters to XXXX and some how they continue to " verify '' the account is accurate. I am done dealing with these agencies and their i
