None. On XX/XX/2017 I visited the Chase Bank branch located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Oklahoma. I was there to verify my identity for a wire transfer I had originally initiated online. I brought with me several forms of identification and initially dealt with personal banker XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX took my documents and verified my identity. He then called someone on the phone ( presumably in a different department charged with initiating wire transfers ) and subsequently informed me they could n't complete the transfer for " security of the account '' reasons. I insisted as to why, my money could n't be transferred to another institution when I had come to the bank, in person, and verified my identity with three separate forms of identification and was myself requesting that they initi
