None. On XXXX XXXX, I called Chase Mortgage requesting they prepay my XXXX real estate taxes in XXXX County. After being put on hold for 2 hours, I was finally connected with a representative. She was able to access our tax bill and confirm that it could in fact be prepaid by the end of the year. We had a lengthy discussion, at least 20 minutes regarding the process. She indicated that the XXXX was the last day to request payment through escrow and while they require 7 days to ensure that the payment is processed, they would do everything to expedite it. They were unable to provide any kind of confirmation of payment, which seemed penalizing to the consumer.
