Debt collection — The CBE Group, Inc. (CA)

Debt was paid. I ended cable services with XXXX and returned there equipment. When the collection agency called me I was informed that the charges were for non returned equipment. I returned the equipment to the XXXX store in XXXX Ca. I was told that they would investigate and return the call with an update. The next thing I received was a ding on my credit report.
