Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I havent received a response to the letter I sent to Experian dated XX/XX/2017 stating that they need to re-investigate and verified the Item listed in the attached letter named Experian 6 which is my 6th letter I 've sent trying to resolve this matter. In an effort to help Experian in their investigation I have attach a copy of my Equifax Report that clearly shows that they couldnt verify the Items and were deleted. I would like to know how they " verified '' the information listed below when it is clearly inaccurate : Did Experian call the original creditor or just look at the information in your database?
