Debt collection — Collection Management Company (PA)

Talked to a third-party about your debt. On Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX, my mother received a call from Credit Management Company asking for myself. She then proceeded to ask them what the call was in reference to. The caller informed her that I supposedly owe some debt, the amount of the debt, and the creditor that the debt was owed to. My mother relayed this information to me and gave me the specific information. I had called Credit Management Company on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire about this debt, that I had no knowledge about, because I wanted to see if it was valid. I had informed them that they had violated FDCPA [ 15 USC 1692C ] 805 ( b ) by disclosing this information to my mother.
