Reporting company used your report improperly. Per bankruptcy court as well as state of Kansas placed said items on my report for all credit bureaus without permission per these said companies have verified that they do not verify these for placement on credit bureaus, I have requested that they be removed the bankruptcy was discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. The state of Kansas Department of Labor placed a state lien without my knowledge or any correspondence with rising interest which is unfair so I would like for them both to removed these are reporting back form XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX these are placing a hindrance on my credit which is stopping me from getting approved and the credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion do not want to remove them.
