Problem during payment process. I thought I had set up auto-payments on my XXXX XXXX store card but apparently did not and have discovered this is not even an option they offer. I think this is blatantly anti-consumer and should be required of credit companies. Here are the details : Payment was due XXXXXX/XX/XXXX When I checked my account 2 days later ( XXXX ) and realized I was not set up for auto-pay, I paid the {$350.00} balance in full. Because of this erroneous assumption about auto-pay, I was charged a late fee of {$27.00} ( XX/XX/XXXX ) a " finance charge '' of {$7.00} (XX/XX/XXXX ) When I firmly complained to XXXX XXXX they agreed to give me one-time relief and credit back the {$34.00}, for which I thanked them heartily.
