Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (K

Public record information inaccurate. I have sent requests to have the BANKRUPTCY removed from my credit reports, as I have contacted the Bankruptcy Court and received a letter from them stating that they do not report to the credit bureaus. The response information I receive back from the all 3 credit bureaus is that is has been " VERIFIED '' and they obtain public information from the local, state and federal courts, which is untrue since I have a letter from the the Bankruptcy court stating that they do n't report to the credit bureau, so I 'm asking for help in this matter to have this removed from my credit reports from all 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX & TRANSUNION ).
