I purchase a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX mass I had a trade in I was told I was approved and the loan was for 48 months I signed all the paperwork took delivery and the next day I was asked to resign I had to resign 3-4 times all electronically and never was shown or received paper work the only time I was showed the paper work was the first time come to find out they changed the term to 84 I contacted the dealer and the sales manger was terminated. I have also contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and told them I had electronically signed the key pad at the dealer and it was a bad loan and I never received a contracts or documents.
