Problem lowering your monthly payments. I had sent in XX/XX/XXXX my paper work for forbarrance with Navient. They failed to call me or send emails or papers in the mail stating that they needed more information to process my paper work. I had to call them myself to find out, and I just called them in the beginning of this month, XX/XX/XXXX, my payment plan ends this month also. Then I spoke with a gentlemen that said I needed my husband who has nothing to do with my student loans, we file spereatly every year in taxes, information and I told him no it states in the paper work they do if we file together in which we do n't. Then I look again at my online account with Navient this moring, XX/XX/XXXX and I was charger XXXX to my account for no reason. I get hit with interest every month that
