Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. 2 Certified lettershave been sent to TRANSUNION # XXXX and XXXX # XXXX they have refused to VALIDATED & investigate all accounts that were list on paperwork I have asked called they now state they were never sent or have recipe any CERTIFIED mail from me which is a Lie I'm now ready to file lawsuit against them for not VALIDATED proof that these accounts are my accounts and the amount they have stated I owe is true I also request a Certified copy of the True Bill as proof all updates of the Investigation shall be sent to me by email @ XXXX by XXXX XXXX, 2018 I gave them 25 days to reply and they have refused all actions I have requested them to do also I stated that a IRS Tax Lien Claim also be VALIDATED
