None. I was surprised to receive notice of my mortgage increase for the second time in eight months. I called Ditech about the reason for the increase and was not convinced about the explanations given. Ditech failed to hear my concern and what I had to say. Our loan is a fixed interest loan with monthly Escrow ( of property tax and insurance ) included. Since there was no significant increase in our county tax or property insurance, such increase can not be justified.
