Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. There are multiple inaccuracies on my credit report. My report should have a freeze on it and equifax is still allowing inquiries to go through without my permission. I have 20 fradulent inquiries all while there is supposed to be a 7 year freeze. The second issue is that I resolved with a creditor an account for XXXX/XXXX XXXX for it to reflect as settled in full ans I provided this letter from the creditor to Equifax and they have refused to update my credit report.
