Received unsolicited financial product or insurance offers after opting out. i tried to solve the problem with the bank but they have no power to do anything they signed me up years ago for cards i didn't need and was charged fee 's for cards i didn't need as i was a student and only that one was really needed so when i found out i stopped paying and wanted them to take the fee 's and cards off. then i went to XXXX for a XXXX XXXX attempt. i just went and tried to get a new card and my credit is to low. i would like them to reimbursement me for fees from cards that i didn't need. and also to work with me on dissolving my debt and open a rewards card with them for i had outstanding payment record before i got into it with them about unnecessary cards and accounts.
