You told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying. The person that ERC keeps trying to collect on is not me; it's someone name XXXX XXXX. I don't know a XXXX XXXX. I have had the same cell number for 18 years. I'm not related to nor have I ever dated a XXXX XXXX. They have called me three times a day for over three weeks. I have asked, demanded, and even called back after speaking to have them to stop calling me. I've had nasty toned things said to me along with being hung up on. They start calling me early morning and will continue through early evening. I just want some peace.
