Old information reappears or never goes away. I have a letter from XXXX that a fraudulent account that was opened in my name was investigated and was completed with the results being they determined that the account must be deleted which is right .... the account was never opened by me ... I sent all documentation proving that and they completed it and ruled in my favor .... I sent the supporting documentation to XXXX for them to delete the account and instead they removed like {$270.00} and updated the account ... the account was not supposed to be updated it was supposed to be deleted ... and Im hereby asking them to comply, if XXXX went back on this letter thats their issue not mines it must be deleted thats the resolution we came to ....
