Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I disputed a collections account from XXXX XXXX with XXXX on XX/XX/ 2017 because I have never received any correspondence from this company, the account just appeared on my credit report. The dispute still shows open as of today. 3 weeks ago the account was deleted from my credit report only to be added again 1 week later. I have still not received anything in writing from this creditor.
