Fee problem. A {$120.00} legal fee was charged because a levy was placed on my account. Contacted the source ( state of Mass ), I was told that inaccurate information caused state income tax fees and a levy was placed. Paid the amount the same day and contacted BofA who said the hold will come off the next business day. Hold comes off but now I have a {$120.00} legal fee. Called BofA to discuss the fee, but after explaining that not knowing the money owed and surprised with a levy ( Ill be asking my tax guy some questions ) and paying, all they said was that its a legal fee to charge for placing a hold. Is this even ok.
