Debt collection — D&A Services, LLC (ID)

You told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying. Last fall ( XX/XX/XXXX ), D & A Services LLC began contacting me to collect a strangers debt. After several phone calls clarifying that I am not the individual in question and asking for the attempted collections to stop, they took a break from calling me. They contacted me again today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to pursue collections of the stranger 's debt through me. Unfortunately, due to a data breach at XXXX, all the call records prior to XX/XX/XXXX have been lost and I can not provide the dates the contacted me priorly. I will not pay for a strangers debt and D & A Services refuse to acknowledge this. Please help me.
