Investigation took more than 30 days. I had a mortgage with Nationstar Mortgage ( account XXXX ) that was foreclosed. The mortgage had been passed to several other sources including XXXX XXXX XXXX ( account XXXX ). The first delinquency prior to charge off was prior to XX/XX/2011. But it has been passed around so many times that each company updates the date of last activity to when they got it. These accounts are OUTSIDE FEDERAL OBSOLESCENCE. and need to be removed. I have disputed them with XXXX XXXX and they have remained. I disputed it with the bureaus and they left them. I am filing this against the mortgage companies now
