Investigation took more than 30 days. I submitted a dispute online with transunion over XXXX collection account with the amount of {$1100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I have received no response from them regarding their investigation. Through my online transunion account, it lists the completion date as XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX. I also have a collections account still showing on my transunion report as delinquent that was paid off in XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$100.00}. Both of the collections accounts that are in question were removed by XXXX and XXXX. Having an open dispute with them is preventing me from viewing my credit report and also from opening additional disputes for other collections accounts that have also already been removed from XXXX and XXXX I am trying to prepare
