Account status incorrect. I have an account reporting on my credit report with your credit bureau as of XX/XX/XXXX. This account from XXXX XXXX was reported incorrectly to the credit bureau, due to this account was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid XXXX XXXX {$700.00} by debit card thru the web site XXXX regarding my account number : XXXX. When I received the alert that XXXX XXXX was reporting on my credit report as collection, I called XXXX immediately and spoke to collections district manager XXXX XXXX at XXXX to inform her of the incorrect reporting that is being report on my credit report from XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX informed me no problem we can get this fixed and deleted off your report. XXXX informed me she would send a letter stating the account was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX and
