When we called, the claimed that the payment we made using the coupon they provided on their statement was for the month of XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX was not paid. The statement was dated XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, and the minimum payment line said {$97.00}. The coupon clearly states that the payment of {$97.00} is due on XX/XX/XXXX. We made the payment, which was cashed and posted in their system on XX/XX/XXXX. They claim that that payment was for the month of XX/XX/XXXX, and that the XX/XX/XXXX payment of {$100.00} was not received.
