You never received your bill or did not know a payment was due. I use the XXXX Credit Card from time to time for promo offers and benefits for over 5 years now with do issues or late payments. However recently I received call my account with delinquent and I have been reported to credit bureau. Obviously this was unbeknownst to be as I had received no communication or notice of any issues beyond a monthly generic email. While all other CC i use allow for monthly auto payment, XXXX does NOT. Upon calling in I was met with hostile response and accusational tone as I tried to correct the problem. After further digging realized that return was processed causing a small remaining balance ( {$44.00} ) which i then paid immediately. Because XXXX does not allow auto payments or contact custo
