Company closed your account. This all started in XX/XX/XXXXwith My Bank of America personal credit cards. I meet with my accountant and was told to pay down my credit card debt using my home equity line. For the past 4-5 years I have been paying the minimum amount and was set up on the Bank of America website to make auto payments so I would never be late. When I attempted to make a {$10000.00} payment if was accepted through the website and then denied. I called Bank of America and we had to have a three way call with Bank of America, XXXX XXXX XXXX and myself to confirm that the funds were available. Once XXXX XXXX XXXX reported that I had the funds to make the payment it went through. I attempted to do this four more times between XX/XX/XXXX andXX/XX/XXXX with the same problems.
