Personal information incorrect. OnXX/XX/XXXX I ask for a Pin Number involving My Equifax Credit Freeze Confirmation Number XXXX. And XXXX XXXX me, went through four more Equifax Confirmation Numbers after asking for a Pin Number to my Equifax Credit Freeze Report. And after five tries one Equifax Representative stated that stated on XX/XX/XXXX ta creditor reported my address as being XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. This was absolutely and totally wrong. I left XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and moved into the XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX. I ask which creditor? Because all of my creditors including Bank and Department Stores Credit Cards along with XXXX, XXXX XXXX knows my Address and it has been since late XX/XX/XXXX And what's troubling, Equifax coul
