Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX there was a hard inquiry on my account that has been open since 2016 with Wells Fargo for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account has not been used since then nor have I had contact with Wells Fargo or the furniture store since 2016. The inquiry was unauthorized and I was never informed that an inquiry would be ran. I called into Wells Fargo 's customer service. They told me they can not access any information to the account because it's the store 's card, so they had to transfer me to that card 's customer service. When I reached the representative on that line, they told me they have no record of the inquiry being pulled and can not tell me why one would have been pulled. They claim to have filed
