None. I purchased my home in XXXX of 2017. Having lived in my current dwelling for less than a year I am faced with approximately {$50000.00} in damages to this property to include : Structural and foundation damage ... $ 30,000+ Septic system replacement ... {$8000.00} Water damage to the structure ... {$13000.00} I feel that these issues should have been corrected prior to my purchasing of the home and that many of these issues were not disclosed and/or misleading as we were giving information that said these repairs were addressed. However, we later discovered that many of these issues were camouflaged. I also feel that the home load inspector should have never allowed this loan to go through due to these major costly issues.
