Vehicle loan or lease — WELLS FARGO & COMPANY (NJ)

Problem related to refinancing. Wells Fargo Dealer Services has abused my rights as a consumer, by using the power of the 3 credit bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX i purchased a used vehicle WFDS issued me the loan and i accepted it. My payments were XXXX per month. I paid my monthly payments till after around 13 or 14 months later WFDS decided that my insurance wasn ; t good enough and issued me their own insurance. Everything got very confusing my payments changed, as to even in XX/XX/XXXX they made me pay XXXX. I said i dont understand why the XXXX their reply was your payment raised i paid it then they wanted me to pay XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX on top of XXXX the new payment they raised me to.
