Credit card or prepaid card — CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION (CT)

Company closed your account. Capital One, an unfair organization, closed both of my credit cards which I had for over a year because couple of payments that I made did not get authorized by the bank. When I was receiving an alert after few seconds I was making the payment which was going through. To point out that was not the norm but an exception. On XX/XX/XXXX I processed a payment on both cards, on XX/XX/XXXX they closed my cards because they did assume that my payment will not go through and on XX/XX/XXXX they posted my payment made when they had already closed the accounts, without any warning or a letter. The fraud department that I had to speak to, was not professional at all.
