Billing problem. I have attempted consumer portfolio on numerous occasions dating back to XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, And XX/XX/XXXX to try to make a settlement on this XXXX XXXX XXXX I that I have with XXXX miles on it. The car does not work and I can't do a voluntary repo because I'm in the process of trying to buy a home. I have spent over {$4500.00} trying to repair the car and over {$300.00} in rentals to get to work and to my son 's school. The car is smoking from under the hood, the car had a wiring blower recall, and it's not worth more than {$1000.00} at other dealerships.
