Account information incorrect. Bank of America never informed me of my annual payment due date. I received no email, no regular mail and did not have a balance on the Bank of America Website account to even pay. I was given no chance to pay it nor did I even receive a late notice with at fee. They simply sent it straight to the credit bureaus. In doing so, my score dropped over 90 points. My credit was an excellent XXXX and now has dropped to merely " good '' rating of XXXX. All for a XXXX dollar payment they never told me about ( which I have since payed. ) I have never missed a payment of any kind with them.
