Shortly after I filed bankruptcy, America 's Servicing Company sold my mortgage to Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/XXXX A Notice of Electronic Filing of my reaffirmation agreement with Wells Fargo ( my home mortgage ) was filed through the bankruptcy court. My bankruptcy was discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. Shortly after the discharge, Wells Fargo submitted paperwork to me explaining the transferring of the account. Since Wells Fargo acquired my home loan, no payment history has been reported to ANY of the three credit bureaus.
