Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. In XX/XX/XXXX a charge off account was 'DUMPED '' on my personal credit report. It was a XXXX credit card for a company, XXXX , XXXX, which I was one of 3 owners of. However, I did not operate this company, a person by the name of XXXX XXXX did. He was one of the owners and had 100 % operational duties. It appears as though he secured the credit card in XX/XX/XXXX and paid it on time thru the business checking account until early XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX never once sent me a notice this card was late, or being charged off, even though I was currently doing over $ 500k of business with XXXX. I have disputed this card since it " appeared '' on my credit file with all 3 reporting agencies, demanding that I be shown where I requested, authorized
