Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have submitted multiple requests to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Experian, and XXXX to correct an error on the reporting on my mortgage payments for the months of XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The months of XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX are being reported as both being 60 days late. The XXXX was 30 days late and the XX/XX/XXXX payment was on time. When I requested the error be corrected to XXXX XXXX, they replied XX/XX/XXXX, that the XXXX payment would not be corrected as it was more than 30 days late and the XXXX payment was not reported to any either Experian or XXXX as being late, that it was reported as an on-time payment. I contacted XXXX XXXX by telephone approximately XX/XX/XXXX and submitted by fax the documentation showing that this was not correct
