Account status incorrect. My daughter missed her first payment to XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I found out and called XXXX XXXX in XXXX to handle this ( I cosigned ). The rep told me he sees it all the time, and I should just take over payments. He offered me a reduced interest rate as incentive, and I agreed. I made the first payment that night ( XXXX ) and continued over the next months as per the agreement. However, in XXXX I was told by XXXX XXXX that they rescinded the offer made in XXXX, and I was now several months late ( even though they were still taking payments directly from my account ). Within 2 days I paid XXXX they said was now due. In any case it was too late and they reported me as delinquent to XXXX XXXX. I wrote XXXX XXXX a letter explaining this, and they refused t
