Account status incorrect. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has been improperly reporting an old account that is no longer open. The account is a paid charge-off account. The balance was {$380.00} dollars and I had paid {$320.00} dollars to settle the account back in XX/XX/XXXX. The issue is that XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported the account as failed to pay in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX also XX/XX/XXXX and XXXXXX/XX/XXXX. Those 4 marks had greatly impacted my overall credit score and they should not be listed as failed to pay. They in fact should be listed as a charge-off in the payments history. Having 4 failed to pay marks well after I had settled the account isn't proper credit reporting. This has damaged my credit and so be remedied
