Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. Filed a 609 letter with the 3 credit reporting bureaus regarding the validation of an account with Avant. Avant failed to validate an account that is negatively reporting on my credit report. Avant is inaccurately reporting late payments on my report. The company stopped reporting since XX/XX/XXXX, suddenly on XX/XX/XXXX they back dated account with late payments to XX/XX/XXXX, thus dropping my score 35 points ... Avant is in violation of the fair credit reporting act 15 U.S.C.ss1681 regarding ACCURATE credit reporting!
