After a careful reconsideration, we decided to cancel the extended warranty so visited the dealership on XX/XX/XXXX and told them to cancel the extended warranty and they agreed and assured me that they will cancel the warranty and refund the Bank. Almost 5 months later, on XX/XX/XXXX, while checking the balances online for the loan, I realized that there has not been a deduction of the $ amount for the cancelled extended warranty.
