Card opened as result of identity theft or fraud. I applied for a credit card at BOA and was denied an unsecured card. So once the denial letter came in the mail I applied for a {$300.00} secured card in the mail. However, my biological mother and grandmother had an checking account opened at BOA in my name that I was unaware of in XXXX.
