Account information incorrect. I recently checked my credit report and I noticed Bank of America submitted a 30 day late payment to credit bureaus. It states for XX/XX/2018. But I paid the car in full XX/XX/18. Payment was due XX/XX/18. I also have a grace period. I have never been late in any of my accounts with Bank of America or other creditors. I never received a call from anyone in their collections department for late payments or anything. I tried to call and find out whats going on and I am told a supervisor will call me back. I never received any calls back. At Bank of America even one day after payment is due and they havent received it the calls start. I feel as if this company is being unreasonable and not treating the situation as it is. I have paid off 4 vehicle threw them and
