Fee problem. 2018 XX/XX/XXXX, I found out that {$25.00} has been debited from my chase premier plus checking account as service fee. I called customer service at XXXX XXXX eastern time on XX/XX/XXXX. The customer care representative informed me that the fee was levied because my combined account balance ( savings + checking ) during the XXXX statement cycle went below {$15000.00}. Nonetheless, she returned the fee as a courtesy to me. I checked my statement and found that my balance never went below {$15000.00} according to the statement. In contrast to the numeric evidence there was a line on the statement and I quote - " Your average qualifying deposit and investment balance was {$14000.00} ''.
