Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (FL)

Account status incorrect. In XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX I opened disputes with Experian regarding an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX that is showing on my report that was settled in XX/XX/XXXX. The company removed this account from XXXX XXXX and XXXX, however after submitting documentation to Experian they continue to state that they have contacted the origninal creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX and this information is accurate. I have all the documents and have spoken with XXXX XXXX who agrees that this should have been removed as they requested. XXXX XXXX XXXX sent Experian a letter as well as myself indicating that they do not own this account and the name of the new account holder which is XXXX XXXX XXXX. They still refuse to remove this from my credit report.
