Information belongs to someone else. Someone opened a credit card in my name in XX/XX/2018. Through the credit reports I was only able to obtain a partial number of the credit card. The card limit was {$500.00}, but since it was not paid the actual balance as of XX/XX/18 is {$620.00} according to Experian Credit Report ; in the XXXX and XXXX Reports the balance is {$570.00}. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2018 when I noticed the account in my credit report and informed that I have never applied for a card with them. They said that they will investigate and send me some documents in the following two weeks. However, after over a month I have not received any papers.
