Debt was result of identity theft. In XX/XX/2016, I had 2 credit cards opened up fraudulently in my name by my step father, he maxed out the cards within a day of receiving them and never made not 1 payment. One of them I was able to contact the bank and get it removed from my credit report, but the one with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has been honestly crazy. I have called them numerous times and they still will not remove it although they did an investigation on their end and found it to be fraudelent. They have now sent it to collections and now I have a derogatory mark on my credit and I am not able to get approved for anything, I'm only XXXX now and it's hard to be XXXX over right out of the gate with Credit and i feel as though I will never prosper in life with this on my credit history for a
