Account status incorrect. This is a charge on my personal credit report which was a business account from the JP Morgan Chase company in XX/XX/2016 in the amount of $ 4000+ which I disputed in a timely manner and they chose on their own accord not dispute the charge and instead reported it on my personal credit because they were not able to discern legal disputes due to the fact that the customer service representatives are not trained in that area.
