Received bad information about your loan. I spoke to Navient about my income driven repayment plan. I was told it expired in XX/XX/2018. I had just submitted an application in XX/XX/2018 and was approved. I could not understand why it was going to expire so soon. On Navients site it said to reapply on studentloans.gov. After logging on to www.studentloans.gov and finding the place where you apply for recertification for the plan, a notice was shown that i wasnt due to recertify until XX/XX/2018. I called Navient and the person i spoke to was a lady who was assigned number XXXX. She said my Income Driven Plan expired and i had to reapply. Today is XX/XX/2018.
